SHIPPING POLICY

YOUR PURCHASE will be SHIPPED to the ADDRESS you provide with your order.

PLEASE CHECK that your ADDRESS is CORRECT.  

Shipping labels are copied or printed directly from your order information. 

CANADIAN SHIPPING (free shipping)
- via Canada Post surface or Canada Post Airmail 
Regular shipping or Expedited Delivery (optional at Check Out) usually 5-10 business days.

TRACKING is optional at Check Out.

 

USA SHIPPING (free shipping for orders over $35USD)
- via Chit Chats/USPS: Delivery varies, usually 6-14 business days depending on the USPS routing.  TRACKING is included. Your tracking number will be sent to your email address.

UK, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
- packages will be mailed via Canada Post Airmail
TRACKING is optional at Check Out.

EU SHIPPING

Please order via ItsVera.ca (Etsy).  Etsy will collect and submit VAT taxes from July 1, 2021, so you should not be paying additional taxes at delivery.

IMPORTANT COVID SHIPPING INFORMATION for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

During Covid-19  AIRMAIL few flights over seas at this time delaying mail arrival at destinations.

During April-May 2021 UK packages are taking 2+ weeks to arrive.

During April-May 2021 Australia, New Zealand packages are taking 6-10+ weeks to arrive.

SHIPPING NOTE:
It's Vera is NOT responsible for any packages that are undelivered in the event of incorrect shipping information. Please check your address at the time of Check Out.

Packages returned to It's Vera, by fault of the customer, will be reshipped only after the customer has paid additional shipping charges. 


It's Vera is NOT responsible for lost packages and/or customs and duty charges that are incurred by after packages have been mailed.  These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

DO YOU WANT TO SHIP A GIFT?
I will gladly ship a gift to a different address and even add a message for you.  Just add the correct shipping name and address before you Check Out. CONTACT me with the message you want included with the package.

RETURN & CREDIT POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please CONTACT me upon receipt of your order. I will only accept returns up to 10 days after delivery.

 

NOTE: Refunds DO NOT include original shipping and handling fee paid by the purchaser on the listed items(s). 
Returning an item, the BUYER pays for the postage.  

 

RETURNS

CREDIT ONLY for It's Vera shop for the price of the item only, no credit for shipment paid by purchaser.  Credit is given only after the item is received in original condition by It's Vera.

NO REFUNDS only CREDIT, for use in this ItsVera shop.

NOTE:  FINAL SALE,  earrings and ear cuffs cannot be returned for CREDIT.
 

NOTE:  FINAL SALE, custom orders cannot be returned for CREDIT or REFUND.

Returned items must be unused and in secure packaging. For your protection, when shipping the return package, please package securely in a sturdy box or padded envelope.  Packages must have detailed tracking information.  It's Vera is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail.  

When shipping, please ‘insure’ the packages for the retail value of the contents.
