Fundraising, for those who need a little extra help, has been part of my life for many years. I’ve raised funds for food banks and charities in our local community. However, everyday we hear about poor areas of the world, where families struggle to support themselves. They need our help, too.
My mother inspired me to create by her passion for spinning dyeing, knitting, and weaving wool into wonderful material for clothes, sweaters and wallhangings.
In her honour, I donate $ from the sale of each 1-2-3 loop silver plated knitting/crochet ring towards purchasing sheep for needy families, in African countries, to help support themselves and their families.
